This elegantly designed home was the result of extensive collaboration with the client, with us refining and enhancing her ideas to achieve the desired outcome. Our design contributions made the space not only more functional but also more luxurious.

One of the biggest challenges during construction was managing the timeline, as the client needed to sell her home before moving in, and we didn’t have a fixed completion date. We worked as quickly as possible through the winter, ensuring the house and materials stayed warm to minimise movement and cracking when summer arrived.

With the extreme temperature fluctuations in Arrowtown, ranging from -10°C in winter to over 35°C in summer, we successfully completed the build, allowing her to move into her new home in the spring, just in time to witness the flowers bloom.
